Breathing Life into Digital Humans
Project developed for a leading global pharmaceutical company in collaboration with the Intelligent Automation Lab at Capgemini, our dedicated team brought empathetic Digital Humans (DH) to life. These virtual beings were designed to enhance medicine advertisements, raise patient awareness, and offer support in times of need, all crafted with state-of-the-art technology.
We delivered tailored DH for business in 8 countries:

I was in charge of
Crafted the foundational structure, architecting both backend and frontend with precision for a scalable and reliable system.
I built a scalable backend using TypeScript, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), following best practices to ensure flexibility and reusability. The architecture is modular, cloud-native, and optimized for efficient resource management, enabling seamless deployment and easy scaling to meet future demands.
Innovation - GenAI
Traditionally, we have used Dialogflow as natural language understanding (NLU), but to push the boundaries of innovation.
I wrote a new backend Python-based integrating large language models (LLM) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) using LangChain, Langsmith and Vertex Search.
My primary goal went beyond merely using GenAI for conversation generation; it focused on engaging users with genuine empathy. This complex process involved controlling the Avatar’s voice tone, facial expressions, actions, and camera angles through advanced LLM technology, ensuring precise and responsive interactions.
As an additional effort, this innovative approach was even demonstrated using Apple Vision, highlighting to the client the true potential of this technology.

Medical Records to Market Success
In just six months, we delivered a cutting-edge solution that processed 7 million patient records (Images) and 130 million pages into usable data. This achievement not only handled a vast amount of information but also transformed it into actionable insights, driving sales growth and cost savings for the company.
To achieve this, we deployed a robust infrastructure of 20 servers, each equipped with 60 cores, allowing us to process 1,200 pages in parallel. This scalable setup was crucial for managing such a large dataset with speed and precision. The entire deployment was carried out on-premises to protect sensitive data, fully complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
A Named Entity Recognition (NER) techniques was introduced to support and increase the value of the data. By identifying key medical entities from International Classification of Diseases, Ninth and Tenth Revisions (ICD-9 and ICD-10) codes, we transformed unstructured patient records and medical documents into valuable insights.
A user-friendly dashboard was created to manage and analyze large volumes of medical data. It allowed for quick and accurate searching of data. The dashboard simplified handling complex information, supporting data analysts in controlling output quality.
It was engineered and coded the solution to ensure efficient data processing and valuable insights through a comprehensive approach to both technical and operational aspects. To guarantee the long-term success of the project, we concluded by providing in-person training to the client's team, empowering them to fully leverage the system’s capabilities and maintain its effectiveness, thereby solidifying the impact of our solution well beyond delivery.

Shaping the Future
of Cinema with a Leading Global Studio
The project goal was the transition of key processes from the client organization to our company, necessitating a detailed on-site due diligence. This process involved an exhaustive assessment of the existing workflows, requiring direct interaction with the client’s operational environment to gain an in-depth understanding.
Our approach involved a meticulous planning and strategic integration to ensure a smooth transition. The primary objective was to enhance operational efficiency by leveraging advanced technology.
As an advisor on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), I provided expertise on how to use these technologies to streamline and improve the transition. My role included recommending automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that the integration was both effective and efficient.

Global Beverage Leader
RPA and AI Integration
We conducted a a detailed analysis of the client's process diagrams to identify opportunities for integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our goal was to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Working in collaboration with our sales team, we proposed specific automations to improve efficiency. This analysis and our recommendations were part of a comprehensive offering presented to the client, demonstrating how RPA and AI could enhance their operations.
Project overview
RPA Factory Brazil
I supported the team to structurate and consollidate the RPA Factory Brazil at Capgemini. I have successfully delivered 17 RPA projects for clients, including a global healthcare company, one of the most prominent global electronics and entertainment corporation, a global consumer goods, a world-leading industrial gases and engineering, and a major beverage corporation.
These projects involved the utilization of UiPath, interacting with various technologies such as Citrix, SAP, BPOpen (BPM), Windows, web browsers, and Java applications.
My responsibilities included a wide range of tasks, including identifying new opportunities, recommending and presenting strategic solutions for client needs, designing system architectures, conducting proofs of concept, gathering requirements, developing and deploying automated solutions. Additionally, I actively participated in training clients, team members, and new recruits.
I also supported the sales team by preparing technical presentations, providing insights on RPA capabilities, and participating in client meetings to address their specific needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions. My role involved collaborating closely with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and ensure that our offerings met client expectations.
Microbots Architecture
I designed and deployed what I called the Microbots Architecture within the company, significantly improving automation scalability, modularity, and efficiency. This innovative approach was well-received by the community and later translated into Russian. Its success also led to an invitation to join the Intelligent Automation Lab at Capgemini in Poland, where I further advanced the architecture.

Microbots Architecture for RPA

Independent, self-contained, reusable, exchangeable and single objective. My main goal in this post is to share an architecture that I have been developing and using to build my automation.

UiPath - SAP Activity
Project Winner of the UiPath Global Hackathon
For a client project, I encapsulated the most critical actions available in the official SAP DLL into custom activities, significantly enhancing control and access to SAP’s native functions that were previously unavailable.
To ensure thorough documentation and complete encapsulation of all functionalities, I invited a colleague to assist in the detailed documentation and integration of the full spectrum of features.
Our efforts were recognized when we submitted this work to the UiPath Global Hackathon, where we won in two categories: Custom Activities and Popular Choice (UiPath).
Orchestrator Simulation
To meet the unique needs of a client who opted not to use the official UiPath Orchestrator, I developed a cost-effective solution by embedding a NoSQL database within UiPath.
Leveraging the same classes as Orchestrator, I was able to simulate Orchestrator functionalities locally, eliminating the need for the official service.
This approach significantly reduced operational costs while maintaining the flexibility and efficiency of the automation workflows, offering a scalable and budget-friendly alternative tailored to the client’s needs.
UiPath Static Analysis Tool
I developed an application for static code analysis of UiPath artifacts, which was utilized across Brazil, the US, and Canada. This kind of tools is crucial for maintaining high standards of code quality and ensuring adherence to best practices in automation projects. Its use significantly enhances the reliability and efficiency of UiPath for the teams.
